제31조 보고 및 검사 등

고용노동부장관은 이 법 시행을 위하여 필요한 경우에는 사업주에게 보고와 관계 서류의 제출을 명령하거나 관계 공무원이 사업장에 출입하여 관계인에게 질문하거나 관계 서류를 검사하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The Minister of Employment and Labor may, if deemed necessary for the enforcement of this Act, order an employer to report and submit related documents, or allow related public officials to enter a workplace to question related persons or inspect related documents. <Amended by Act No. 10337, Jun. 4, 2010>
제1항의 경우에 관계 공무원은 그 권한을 표시하는 증표를 지니고 이를 관계인에게 내보여야 한다.
In the case of paragraph ①, the related public official shall carry a certificate indicating his or her authority and present it to the related person.
