제35조 경비보조

국가, 지방자치단체 및 공공단체는 여성의 취업촉진과 복지증진에 관련되는 사업에 대하여 예산의 범위에서 그 경비의 전부 또는 일부를 보조할 수 있다.
The State, local governments, and public organizations may, within the scope of their budget, subsidize all or part of the expenses for projects related to the promotion of employment and the improvement of welfare for women.
국가, 지방자치단체 및 공공단체는 제1항에 따라 보조를 받은 자가 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하면 보조금 지급결정의 전부 또는 일부를 취소하고, 지급된 보조금의 전부 또는 일부를 반환하도록 명령할 수 있다.
1. 사업의 목적 외에 보조금을 사용한 경우
2. 보조금의 지급결정의 내용(그에 조건을 붙인 경우에는 그 조건을 포함한다)을 위반한 경우
3. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 보조금을 받은 경우
When a recipient of a subsidy under paragraph ① falls under any of the following subparagraphs, the State, local governments, and public organizations may revoke all or part of the decision to grant the subsidy and order the repayment of all or part of the subsidized amount: 1. When the subsidy is used for purposes other than the project objective. 2. When the recipient violates the terms of the decision to grant the subsidy (including any conditions attached thereto). 3. When the subsidy is obtained through false or other fraudulent means.
