제5조(기간의 정함이 없는 근로자로의 전환) 사용자는 기간의 정함이 없는 근로계약을 체결하고자 하는 경우에는 해당 사업 또는 사업장의 동종 또는 유사한 업무에 종사하는 기간제근로자를 우선적으로 고용하도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
