사용자는 통상근로자를 채용하고자 하는 경우에는 해당 사업 또는 사업장의 동종 또는 유사한 업무에 종사하는 단시간근로자를 우선적으로 고용하도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
When an employer intends to hire regular employees, the employer shall endeavor to give priority to hiring part-time employees engaged in the same or similar work in the business or workplace. <Amended by Act No. 17250, May 26, 2020>
사용자는 가사, 학업 그 밖의 이유로 근로자가 단시간근로를 신청하는 때에는 해당 근로자를 단시간근로자로 전환하도록 노력하여야 한다. <개정 2020.5.26>
