제11조 외국인 취업교육

외국인근로자는 입국한 후에 고용노동부령으로 정하는 기간 이내에 한국산업인력공단 또는 제11조의3에 따른 외국인 취업교육기관에서 국내 취업활동에 필요한 사항을 주지(周知)시키기 위하여 실시하는 교육(이하 "외국인 취업교육"이라 한다)을 받아야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4, 2022.6.10>
Foreign workers shall, within the period prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor after entering the country, receive education (hereinafter referred to as "employment education for foreigners") conducted by the Korea Human Resources Development Service of Korea or an employment education institution for foreigners under Article 11-3, in order to inform them of matters necessary for domestic employment activities. <Amended by Act No. 10357, Jun. 4, 2010; Act No. 18396, Jun. 10, 2022>
사용자는 외국인근로자가 외국인 취업교육을 받을 수 있도록 하여야 한다.
Employers shall allow foreign workers to receive employment education for foreigners.
외국인 취업교육의 시간과 내용, 그 밖에 외국인 취업교육에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
