제8조에 따라 외국인근로자 고용허가를 최초로 받은 사용자는 노동관계법령ㆍ인권 등에 관한 교육(이하 "사용자 교육"이라 한다)을 받아야 한다.

An employer who has received an employment permit for foreign workers for the first time pursuant to Article 8 shall receive education on labor laws and regulations, human rights, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "employer education").

사용자 교육의 내용, 시간, 그 밖에 사용자 교육에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다.
