제23조의3 부담금 부과ㆍ징수의 협조

보건복지부장관은 부담금의 부과ㆍ징수와 관련하여 필요한 경우에는 중앙행정기관ㆍ지방자치단체 그 밖의 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등에 대하여 자료제출 등의 협조를 요청할 수 있다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
The Minister of Health and Welfare may request cooperation, such as submission of data, from central administrative agencies, local governments, and other related agencies and organizations, when deemed necessary in relation to the imposition and collection of charges. <Amended by Act No. 8852, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 9931, Jan. 18, 2010>
제1항의 규정에 따른 협조요청을 받은 중앙행정기관ㆍ지방자치단체 그 밖의 관계 기관ㆍ단체 등은 특별한 사유가 없는 한 이에 응하여야 한다.
Central administrative agencies, local governments, and other related agencies and organizations that receive a request for cooperation under paragraph ① shall comply with it, unless there is a special reason not to.
제1항 및 제2항의 규정에 따라 보건복지부장관에게 제출되는 자료에 대하여는 사용료ㆍ수수료 등을 면제한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.1.18>
