제105조 범칙금의 납부절차 등

법 제102조제1항에 따라 통고처분을 받은 사람은 그 범칙금을 법 제105조에 따른 납부기간 내에 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장이 지정하는 국고은행, 그 지점 또는 대리점이나 우체국(이하 "수납기관"이라 한다)에 내야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
A person who has received a notification disposition under Article 102 (1) of the Act shall pay the penalty surcharge within the payment period prescribed by Article 105 of the Act to the national treasury bank, its branch, or agency, or post office designated by the head of the Coast Guard, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the shelter (hereinafter referred to as "receiving agency"). <Amended by Act No. 18334, May 8, 2018>
제1항에 따라 범칙금을 받은 수납기관은 범칙금을 낸 사람에게 영수증서를 발급하여야 한다.
The receiving agency that has received the penalty surcharge under paragraph ① shall issue a receipt to the person who paid the penalty surcharge.
수납기관은 제2항에 따른 영수증서를 발급한 때에는 지체 없이 그 통고서를 발행한 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장에게 영수확인 통지서를 보내야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
Upon issuing the receipt under paragraph ②, the receiving agency shall immediately send a payment confirmation notice to the head of the Coast Guard, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the shelter that issued the notification form. <Amended by Act No. 18334, May 8, 2018>
범칙금은 나누어 낼 수 없다.
