제45조 체류지 변경의 신고

법 제36조제1항에 따라 전입신고를 하려는 등록외국인은 체류지 변경신고서에 법무부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 새로운 체류지의 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 또는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장이나 새로운 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 제출하여야 한다. 이 경우 전입신고는 법무부장관이 정하는 정보통신망을 이용하여 할 수 있다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.8, 2018.9.18, 2020.2.18, 2023.12.12>
A registered alien who intends to report a change of residence pursuant to Article 36 (1) of the Act shall submit a report of change of residence form, along with documents prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, to the head of the city, county, district, or town/township/village office in the new place of residence, or to the head of the competent immigration office, branch office, or sub-office in the new place of residence. In this case, the report of change of residence may be made through an information and communication network designated by the Minister of Justice. <Amended on Sep. 29, 2016, May 8, 2018, Sep. 18, 2018, Feb. 18, 2020, Dec. 12, 2023>
제1항에 따라 전입신고를 받은 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 또는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장이나 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 외국인등록증에 변경사항을 적은 후 체류지 변경신고 필인을 찍어 신고인에게 내주고, 법 제36조제7항에 따라 체류지 변경통보서를 종전 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2016.9.29, 2018.5.8, 2018.9.18>
The head of the city, county, district, or town/township/village office, or the head of the immigration office, branch office, or sub-office, who has received the report of change of residence pursuant to Paragraph ①, shall enter the changes on the alien registration card, affix a stamp indicating the completion of the report of change of residence, and return it to the reporting person. The head shall also send a notification of change of residence to the head of the competent immigration office, branch office, or sub-office in the former place of residence pursuant to Article 36 (7) of the Act. <Amended on Sep. 29, 2016, May 8, 2018, Sep. 18, 2018>
제2항에 따라 변경사항을 통보받은 종전 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 새로운 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 등록외국인기록표를 보내야 하며, 새로운 체류지 관할 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 지체 없이 이를 정리하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
The head of the competent immigration office, branch office, or sub-office in the former place of residence, who has received notification of changes pursuant to Paragraph ②, shall send the registered alien record card to the head of the competent immigration office, branch office, or sub-office in the new place of residence, and the head of the competent immigration office, branch office, or sub-office in the new place of residence shall promptly organize and manage it. <Amended on May 8, 2018>
