Article 59 (Record of Suspect Interrogation)
제59조 신문조서

법 제48조제3항에 따른 용의자신문조서에는 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다.
1. 국적ㆍ성명ㆍ성별ㆍ생년월일ㆍ주소 및 직업
2. 출입국 및 체류에 관한 사항
3. 용의사실의 내용
4. 그 밖에 범죄경력 등 필요한 사항
A record of suspect interrogation under Article 48(3) of the Act shall state the following: 1. Nationality, name, sex, date of birth, address, and occupation 2. Matters concerning entry, exit, and sojourn 3. Contents of the suspected offense 4. Other necessary matters, such as criminal history
출입국관리공무원은 법 제48조제6항 또는 제7항에 따라 통역이나 번역을 하게 한 때에는 통역하거나 번역한 사람으로 하여금 조서에 간인(間印)한 후 서명 또는 기명날인하게 하여야 한다.
When an immigration control officer has made an interpretation or translation pursuant to Article 48(6) or (7) of the Act, the interpreter or translator shall affix his or her seal on the record and then sign or affix his or her seal.
