제80조의12 분과위원회

분과위원회는 심의사항의 특성, 전문 분야 등을 고려하여 3개 이내로 설치하며, 다음 각 호의 업무를 수행한다.
1. 외국인보호위원회에 상정할 안건 중 위원장이 지정하는 안건의 사전 검토ㆍ조정
2. 외국인보호위원회에 상정할 안건 중 위원장이 지정하는 안건의 전문적인 조사ㆍ연구
3. 그 밖에 위원장이 분과위원회에서 처리할 필요가 있다고 인정하는 업무
Subcommittees shall be established in the number of not exceeding three, considering the characteristics of deliberation matters, specialized fields, etc., and shall perform the following tasks. 1. Preliminary review and coordination of agenda items designated by the Chairperson among those to be submitted to the Foreigner Protection Committee. 2. Specialized investigation and research of agenda items designated by the Chairperson among those to be submitted to the Foreigner Protection Committee. 3. Other tasks that the Chairperson deems necessary to be handled by the subcommittee.
각 분과위원회는 분과위원회 위원장 1명을 포함하여 5명 이내의 위원으로 구성한다.
Each subcommittee shall be composed of not exceeding five members, including one subcommittee chairperson.
분과위원회의 위원장은 법 제66조의6제4항에 따른 상임위원 중에서 지명하고, 분과위원회의 위원은 상임위원이 아닌 외국인보호위원회 위원 중에서 위원장이 지명한다. 이 경우 각 분과위원회의 위원장과 위원은 다른 분과위원회 위원장과 위원을 겸임할 수 있다.
The chairperson of a subcommittee shall be appointed by the Chairperson from among the standing members pursuant to Article 66-6(4) of the Act, and the members of a subcommittee shall be appointed by the Chairperson from among the standing committee members of the Foreigner Protection Committee who are not standing members. In this case, the chairperson and members of each subcommittee may concurrently serve as the chairperson and members of another subcommittee.
분과위원회 위원의 제척ㆍ기피ㆍ회피에 관하여는 법 제66조의9 및 이 영 제80조의4를 준용한다. 이 경우 "외국인보호위원회"는 "분과위원회"로, "위원장"은 "분과위원회 위원장"으로, "위원"은 "분과위원회 위원"으로 본다.
The exclusion, recusal, and avoidance of subcommittee members shall be applied mutatis mutandis to Article 66-9 of the Act and Article 80-4 of this Decree. In this case, 'Foreigner Protection Committee' shall be deemed 'subcommittee,' 'Chairperson' shall be deemed 'subcommittee chairperson,' and 'member' shall be deemed 'subcommittee member.'
