Article 80-3 (Composition of the Committee for the Protection of Foreigners)
제80조의3 외국인보호위원회의 구성

대법원장 및 대한변호사협회장(이하 이 조에서 "추천기관"이라 한다)은 법 제66조의6제1항 후단에 따라 같은 조 제2항제3호부터 제6호까지에 해당하는 위원을 추천하기 위해 필요한 경우에는 관계 기관이나 단체에 자료의 제출을 요청할 수 있다.
The Chief Justice of the Supreme Court and the President of the Korean Bar Association (hereinafter referred to as "recommending institutions" in this Article) may, when necessary to recommend members pursuant to the latter part of Article 66-6(1) of the Act, who fall under subparagraphs 3 through 6 of paragraph (2) of the same Article, request the submission of data from relevant agencies or organizations.
추천기관은 제1항에 따른 위원을 추천할 때에는 법무부령으로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 법무부장관에게 제출해야 한다.
When recommending members pursuant to paragraph (1), the recommending institutions shall submit the documents prescribed by the Ministry of Justice Order to the Minister of Justice.
추천기관은 추천한 위원의 임기가 끝나기 30일 전까지 새 위원을 추천해야 한다.
The recommending institutions shall recommend new members no later than 30 days before the expiration of the term of the recommended members.
추천기관이 추천한 위원이 그 임기 중 궐위된 경우 해당 추천기관은 궐위된 날부터 30일 이내에 새 위원을 추천해야 한다.
In the event of a vacancy among the members recommended by the recommending institutions during their term, the recommending institutions shall recommend new members within 30 days from the date of the vacancy.
법 제66조의6제2항제2호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관"이란 다음 각 호의 기관을 말한다.
