법 제66조의9제2항에 따라 기피신청을 하려는 당사자는 그 사유(기피 사유를 입증할 수 있는 자료를 포함한다)를 서면(전자문서를 포함한다)으로 외국인보호위원회에 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 피보호자는 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장을 거쳐 해당 서면을 제출할 수 있다.

A party intending to file a recusal request pursuant to Article 66-9(2) of the Act shall submit the grounds for recusal (including materials that can prove the grounds for recusal) in writing (including electronic documents) to the Foreigner Protection Committee. In this case, the protected person may submit the relevant written document through the Head of the Immigration Office, the Head of the Office, the Head of the Branch Office, or the Head of the Protection Facility.

청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 제1항 후단에 따라 제출받은 서면을 지체 없이 외국인보호위원회에 보내야 한다.

The Head of the Immigration Office, the Head of the Office, the Head of the Branch Office, or the Head of the Protection Facility shall, without delay, send the written document received pursuant to the latter part of Paragraph ① to the Foreigner Protection Committee.

법 제66조의9제2항에 따른 기피신청의 대상이 된 위원은 외국인보호위원회의 위원장(이하 "위원장"이라 한다)이 요구하는 경우에는 지체 없이 그에 대한 의견서를 위원장에게 제출해야 한다.

A member who is the subject of a recusal request pursuant to Article 66-9(2) of the Act shall, without delay, submit an opinion statement regarding the recusal request to the Chairperson of the Foreigner Protection Committee (hereinafter referred to as the "Chairperson") if requested by the Chairperson.

법 제66조의9제2항에 따른 기피신청에 대한 외국인보호위원회의 결정에 대해서는 같은 이유로 다시 기피신청을 할 수 없다.

A recusal request based on the same grounds may not be filed again with respect to a decision by the Foreigner Protection Committee on a recusal request pursuant to Article 66-9(2) of the Act.
