제80조의7 심사청구등의 철회

심사청구등을 한 사람은 외국인보호위원회의 결정이 있기 전까지는 심사청구등을 철회할 수 있다.
A person who has made a review request, etc. may withdraw the review request, etc. before the decision of the Foreigner Protection Committee.
제1항에 따라 심사청구등을 철회하려는 사람은 철회 의사를 서면으로 외국인보호위원회에 제출해야 한다. 이 경우 피보호자는 해당 서면을 청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장을 거쳐 외국인보호위원회에 제출해야 한다.
A person who intends to withdraw a review request, etc. pursuant to paragraph ① shall submit the intention to withdraw in writing to the Foreigner Protection Committee. In this case, the person under protection shall submit the said written document to the Foreigner Protection Committee through the head of the immigration office, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the protection center.
청장ㆍ사무소장ㆍ출장소장 또는 보호소장은 제2항 후단에 따라 제출받은 서면을 지체 없이 외국인보호위원회에 보내야 한다.
The head of the immigration office, the head of the office, the head of the branch office, or the head of the protection center shall send the written document received pursuant to the latter part of paragraph ② to the Foreigner Protection Committee without delay.
