법 제72조제1항에 따라 승선허가를 받으려는 사람은 승선허가 신청서에 승선사유를 소명하는 자료를 첨부하여 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유가 있을 때에는 선박등의 장 또는 운수업자가 대리하여 신청서를 제출할 수 있다. <개정 2018.5.8>
A person who intends to obtain permission to embark pursuant to Article 72 (1) of the Act shall submit an application for permission to embark, attaching documents proving the reason for embarkation, to the head of the bureau, office, or branch office. However, if there are unavoidable circumstances, the head of the vessel or ship or the carrier may submit the application on behalf of the applicant.
선박등이 대한민국안의 출입국항 또는 출입국항 외의 장소 간을 항해하는 동안 그 선박등의 수리ㆍ청소ㆍ작업, 그 밖에 필요한 목적으로 그 선박등에 출입하려는 사람이 법 제72조제1항에 따른 승선허가를 받으려는 때에는 그 선박등의 장 또는 운수업자가 승선허가신청서에 승선사유를 소명하는 자료를 첨부하여 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
When a person intends to obtain permission to embark pursuant to Article 72 (1) of the Act to enter or leave a vessel or ship for the purpose of repair, cleaning, work, or other necessary purposes while the vessel or ship is navigating between a port of entry and exit within the Republic of Korea or between a port of entry and exit and a place other than a port of entry and exit, the head of the vessel or ship or the carrier shall submit an application for permission to embark, attaching documents proving the reason for embarkation, to the head of the bureau, office, or branch office.
법 제72조제2항에 따른 출입국심사장은 출국 또는 입국심사를 위하여 출입국항에 설치된 장소로 한다.
The immigration inspection office pursuant to Article 72 (2) of the Act shall be a place established at a port of entry and exit for immigration inspection for departure or entry.
출입국항을 관할하는 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 제3항에 따른 출입국심사장에서의 불법출입국을 방지하기 위하여 필요한 조치를 할 수 있다. <개정 2018.5.8>
The head of the bureau, office, or branch office having jurisdiction over the port of entry and exit may take necessary measures to prevent illegal entry and exit at the immigration inspection office referred to in paragraph (3).
법 제72조제2항에 따라 출입국심사장 출입허가를 받으려는 사람은 출입국심사장 출입허가 신청서에 출입사유를 소명하는 자료를 첨부하여 청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2018.5.8>
A person who intends to obtain permission to enter or leave the immigration inspection office pursuant to Article 72 (2) of the Act shall submit an application for permission to enter or leave the immigration inspection office, attaching documents proving the reason for entry or exit, to the head of the bureau, office, or branch office.
