선박등의 장 또는 운수업자는 법 제69조에 따른 검색을 받을 때에 법 제75조제1항에 따른 출ㆍ입항보고서를 제출하여야 한다. 다만, 법 제69조제6항에 따라 서류심사를 받을 때에는 그 때 제출한다.

The master of a vessel, etc. or a transportation business operator shall submit a report of entry and departure pursuant to Article 75 (1) of the Act when undergoing inspection under Article 69 of the Act. However, when undergoing document screening under Article 69 (6) of the Act, the report shall be submitted at that time.

법 제75조제1항의 출ㆍ입항보고서 중 출입국항에 출ㆍ입항하는 선박등의 장 또는 선박등에 관한 사업을 하는 운수업자가 제출하여야 하는 승무원명부와 승객명부에는 승무원 및 승객 각자에 대하여 다음 각 호의 사항을 적어야 한다. <개정 2012.5.25>

1. 국적
2. 여권에 적힌 성명
3. 생년월일
4. 성별
5. 여행문서의 종류 및 번호
6. 환승객인지 여부(승객만 해당한다)
7. 승객의 얼굴에 관한 정보(법 제14조의2에 따라 관광상륙허가를 신청하려는 경우만 해당한다)

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 법 제75조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 표준 전자문서로 제출된 출ㆍ입항보고서에 승무원명부 또는 승객명부 중 빠진 사람이 있는 등 보완할 사항이 있는 경우에는 지체 없이 선박등의 장 또는 운수업자에게 보완하여 제출하도록 할 수 있다. <개정 2012.5.25, 2018.5.8>

법 제75조제1항에 따른 출ㆍ입항보고서의 제출시기는 다음 각 호의 구분에 따른다. <개정 2012.5.25, 2012.10.15>

1. 입항의 경우: 국내 입항 2시간 이전까지(법 제14조의2에 따라 관광상륙허가를 신청하려는 경우는 24시간 이전까지를 말한다). 다만, 출발국 출항 후 국내 입항까지의 시간이 2시간(관광상륙허가를 신청하려는 경우는 24시간을 말한다) 미만인 경우에는 출발국에서 출항 후 20분 이내까지 할 수 있다.
2. 출항의 경우: 출항 준비가 끝나는 즉시
