제88조의8 난민여행증명서의 유효기간 연장

법무부장관은 법 제76조의5제6항에 따라 난민여행증명서 유효기간 연장허가에 관한 권한을 재외공관의 장에게 위임한다.
The Minister of Justice shall delegate the authority concerning permission to extend the validity period of a refugee travel certificate, pursuant to Article 76-5 (6) of the Act, to the head of a diplomatic mission abroad.
법 제76조의5제5항에 따라 난민여행증명서 유효기간 연장허가를 신청하려는 외국인은 난민여행증명서 유효기간 연장허가 신청서에 그 사유를 소명하는 서류를 첨부하여 재외공관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다.
A foreigner who intends to apply for permission to extend the validity period of a refugee travel certificate, pursuant to Article 76-5 (5) of the Act, shall submit an application for permission to extend the validity period of a refugee travel certificate, along with documents explaining the reasons, to the head of a diplomatic mission abroad.
재외공관의 장은 제2항에 따라 유효기간 연장허가 신청을 한 외국인에 대하여 유효기간의 연장을 허가할 때에는 난민여행증명서에 유효기간 연장허가기간 등을 적어야 한다.
When the head of a diplomatic mission abroad grants permission to extend the validity period to a foreigner who has applied for permission to extend the validity period pursuant to paragraph ②, the period of extension and other details shall be recorded on the refugee travel certificate.
재외공관의 장은 제3항에 따라 난민여행증명서 유효기간 연장허가를 한 때에는 지체 없이 그 사실을 법무부장관에게 보고하여야 한다.
When the head of a diplomatic mission abroad grants permission to extend the validity period of a refugee travel certificate pursuant to paragraph ③, the fact shall be reported to the Minister of Justice without delay.
