재외공관의 장은 일시방문하는 외교사절단, 국제행사참가단체, 수학여행단체 기타 이에 준하는 여행객 단체로서 그 구성원의 수가 법무부장관이 따로 정하는 인원을 초과하는 단체의 구성원이 동일한 선박등으로 입국하고자 하는 때에는 단체사증을 발급할 수 있다. <개정 1994.7.20, 1999.2.27, 2022.8.18>
The head of a diplomatic mission abroad may issue a group visa to a delegation of foreign dignitaries, an organization participating in an international event, a school excursion group, or other similar traveler groups whose members exceed the number prescribed separately by the Minister of Justice, when the members of such group intend to enter the country using the same vessel, etc. <Amended by Act No. 4724, Jul. 20, 1994; Act No. 5745, Feb. 27, 1999; Act No. 18997, Aug. 18, 2022>
제1항의 규정에 의하여 단체사증을 발급받고자 하는 경우에는 그 단체의 대표자 또는 양국간 협정등에 의하여 지정된 자가 단체사증발급신청서에 구성원 전원의 여권과 법무부장관이 따로 정하는 서류를 첨부하여 재외공관의 장에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 1999.2.27, 2005.7.8>
In order to receive a group visa under paragraph ①, the representative of the group or a person designated by agreement between the two countries, etc. shall submit an application for a group visa, attaching the passports of all members and documents prescribed separately by the Minister of Justice, to the head of the diplomatic mission abroad. <Amended by Act No. 5745, Feb. 27, 1999; Act No. 7555, Jul. 8, 2005>
재외공관의 장이 단체사증을 발급하는 때에는 그 대표자의 여권에 사증인을 찍고 그 사증의 왼쪽 아랫부분에 "단체사증발급신청서 사본 별첨"인을 찍어야 한다. 다만, 재외공관의 장이 특별한 사유가 있다고 인정하는 경우에는 각 신청자의 여권에 사증을 발급할 수 있다. 이 경우 그 사증의 아랫부분에 단체의 일원임을 확인할 수 있는 표시를 하여야 한다. <개정 1999.2.27, 2005.7.8>
When the head of a diplomatic mission abroad issues a group visa, he/she shall stamp the visa on the representative's passport and stamp "Copy of Application for Group Visa Attached" on the lower left portion of the visa. However, if the head of the diplomatic mission abroad recognizes that there are special circumstances, he/she may issue a visa on the passport of each applicant. 재외공관의 장이 단체사증을 교부하는 때에는 제2항의 규정에 의하여 제출된 단체사증발급신청서사본에 재외공관의 확인인을 찍어 그 사증과 함께 교부하고 입국할 때에 그 대표자(대표자가 그 구성원과 함께 입국하지 아니하는 경우에는 대표자가 미리 지명한 구성원을 말한다)가 출입국관리공무원에게 이를 제시하여야 한다는 뜻을 알려야 한다. <개정 1994.7.20, 1999.2.27, 2013.5.31>
When the head of a diplomatic mission abroad delivers a group visa, he/she shall stamp the visa with the confirmation stamp of the diplomatic mission abroad on the lower left portion of the copy of the application for a group visa submitted under paragraph ② and deliver it along with the visa. 출입국관리공무원이 단체사증을 발급받아 입국하는 단체에 대하여 입국심사를 마친 때에는 제4항의 규정에 의하여 교부한 단체사증발급신청서 사본의 왼쪽 아랫부분에 입국심사인을 찍어 이를 반환하여야 한다. <개정 1999.2.27>

출입국관리공무원이 단체사증발급신청서 사본에 기재된 자에 대하여 입국심사를 하는 때에는 그 구성원의 여권에 각각 입국심사인을 찍거나 입국심사증을 발급해야 한다. 이 경우 입국심사인 및 입국심사증에는 그 대표자의 사증에 부여된 것과 같은 체류자격 및 체류기간을 적어야 하되, 대표자가 그 구성원과 함께 입국하지 않은 경우에는 출입국관리공무원은 정보통신망을 통해 대표자의 사증에 부여된 체류자격 및 체류기간을 확인하여 적어야 한다. <개정 1999.2.27, 2013.5.31, 2019.6.11>
When an immigration official conducts an entry examination for persons listed on the copy of the application for a group visa, he/she shall stamp an entry examination stamp on each member's passport or issue an entry examination certificate. In this case, the residential status and period of stay granted to the representative's visa shall be entered on the entry examination stamp and entry examination certificate. 출입국관리공무원은 단체사증을 발급받아 입국한 단체의 구성원이 출국하는 때에는 구성원의 여권에 각각 출국심사인을 찍는 외에 교부한 단체사증발급신청서 사본을 회수하여 그 오른쪽 아랫부분에 출국심사인을 찍어야 한다. 이 경우 출국하지 아니하는 자가 있는 때에는 단체사증발급신청서 사본에 그 사실을 적어 보관하여야 하며, 그가 출국하는 때에 이를 정리하여야 한다. <개정 1999.2.27, 2013.5.31>
When members of a group that has entered with a group visa depart the country, an immigration official shall stamp a departure examination stamp on each member's passport and collect the delivered copy of the application for a group visa, stamping a departure examination stamp on its lower right portion. If there are individuals who do not depart, the fact shall be recorded on the copy of the application for a group visa, and it shall be kept.
