영 제1조제1항 단서에 따라 제출하는 출입국신고서는 공용란을 제외하고는 출입국자 본인이 작성하여야 한다. 다만, 부득이한 사유로 출입국자 본인이 직접 작성할 수 없는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <개정 1994.7.20, 2016.9.29>
A declaration of entry and exit submitted in accordance with the proviso to Article 1 (1) of the Presidential Decree shall be completed by the person entering or exiting, except for the common use fields. However, this shall not apply if the person entering or exiting cannot complete it themselves due to unavoidable circumstances. <Amended by Act No. 4776, Jul. 20, 1994; Act No. 14352, Sep. 29, 2016>
출입국자는 제1항의 규정에 의하여 출입국신고서를 작성하는 때에는 사항별로 이를 정확하게 기재하여야 한다.
When completing a declaration of entry and exit pursuant to paragraph ①, the person entering or exiting shall accurately record the details for each item.
출입국관리공무원은 제1항의 규정에 의하여 작성ㆍ제출한 출입국신고서에 잘못 기재된 것이나 기타 미비한 사항이 있는지 여부를 확인하여 이를 보완하게 하고, 공용란은 자신이 직접 기재하여야 한다. <개정 1994.7.20>

출입국관리공무원은 영 제1조제1항 각 호 외의 부분 본문에 따라 출국심사 또는 입국심사를 마친 때에는 제출받은 여권을 이용하여 해당 출입국자의 출입국기록에 관한 사항을 즉시 정보화처리하여 저장하여야 한다. <신설 2005.7.8, 2016.9.29>
