제3조 출입국신고서의 관리

청장ㆍ사무소장 또는 출장소장은 제2조에 따른 출입국신고서를 법무부장관이 따로 지정한 정보화망을 관리하는 사무소장(이하 "정보화망관리소장"이라 한다)에게 지체없이 송부하여야 한다. <개정 2005.7.8, 2009.4.3, 2018.5.15>
The Commissioner, the head of an office, or the head of a branch office shall promptly send the departure and arrival reports pursuant to Article 2 to the head of the office managing the information network separately designated by the Minister of Justice (hereinafter referred to as "head of the information network management office"). <Amended on Jul. 8, 2005, Apr. 3, 2009, May 15, 2018>
정보화망관리소장은 제1항의 규정에 의한 출입국신고서를 정보화처리하고 이를 정보기록보존매체등에 수록하여 관리하여야 한다. <개정 1997.7.1, 2005.7.8>

정보화망관리소장은 제2조제4항 및 이 조 제2항의 규정에 의하여 정보화처리된 결과를 출입국자명부로 작성ㆍ관리하여야 한다. <개정 2005.7.8>
