영 제35조제1항부터 제3항까지의 규정에 따른 외국인의 출국심사에 관하여는 제1조를 준용한다. <개정 2010.11.16>
Regarding the departure examination of foreigners pursuant to Presidential Decree Article 35, Paragraphs 1 through 3, Article 1 shall apply mutatis mutandis. <Amended by Act No. 10675, Nov. 16, 2010>
영 제35조제4항에 따른 정보화기기에 의한 외국인의 출국심사(이하 "자동출국심사"라 한다)에 관하여는 제19조의2를 준용한다. 이 경우 "입국심사"는 "출국심사"로, "자동입국심사"는 "자동출국심사"로 본다. <신설 2010.11.16, 2012.2.29>
Regarding the departure examination of foreigners by information and communication equipment pursuant to Presidential Decree Article 35, Paragraph 4 (hereinafter referred to as "automatic departure examination"), Article 19-2 shall apply mutatis mutandis.
