Article 67-13 (Procedures for Providing Basic Personal Information of Foreigners, etc.)
제67조의13 외국인 기본인적정보의 제공 절차 등

법 제78조의2제1항에 따라 법무부장관으로부터 외국인 기본인적정보를 제공받으려는 「전자정부법」 제2조제2호에 따른 행정기관 및 같은 조 제3호에 따른 공공기관(이하 이 조에서 "행정기관등"이라 한다)의 장은 별지 제126호의17서식의 외국인 기본인적정보 제공 요청서를 작성하여 법무부장관에게 제출해야 한다.
The head of an administrative agency as defined in Article 2, subparagraph 2 of the 「Act on the Establishment and Management of Electronic Government」 and a public institution as defined in Article 2, subparagraph 3 of the same Act (hereinafter referred to as "administrative agencies, etc." in this Article) who intends to receive basic personal information of foreigners from the Minister of Justice pursuant to Article 78-2(1) of the Act shall prepare a Request for Provision of Basic Personal Information of Foreigners in Form No. 126-17 attached hereto and submit it to the Minister of Justice.
법무부장관은 제1항에 따른 외국인 기본인적정보 제공 요청서를 확인한 후 외국인 기본인적정보를 제공하는 것이 타당하다고 인정되는 경우에는 법 제78조의3제1항에 따른 정보시스템을 통해 제공할 수 있다.
If the Minister of Justice confirms the Request for Provision of Basic Personal Information of Foreigners pursuant to paragraph (1) and deems it appropriate to provide the basic personal information of foreigners, the Minister may provide it through the information system pursuant to Article 78-3(1) of the Act.
법무부장관은 법 제78조의2에 따라 외국인 기본인적정보를 제공받은 행정기관등을 대상으로 외국인 기본인적정보의 사용 관리 실태를 점검할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may inspect the status of the use and management of basic personal information of foreigners for administrative agencies, etc. that have received basic personal information of foreigners pursuant to Article 78-2 of the Act.
법무부장관은 법 제78조의3제1항에 따른 정보시스템을 통해 연계된 정보의 현황과 로그기록자료 등을 관리해야 한다.
The Minister of Justice shall manage the status of connected information and log record data, etc. through the information system pursuant to Article 78-3(1) of the Act.
