사증발급신청에 대한 심사수수료(제11조제1항에 해당하는 경우에는 개인별로 납부하는 수수료액을 말한다)는 다음과 같다. <개정 1998.4.1, 2002.4.27, 2010.11.16, 2013.12.23>

1. 단수사증
1. 가. 체류기간 90일 이하: 미합중국통화(이하 "미화"라 한다) 40불 상당의 금액
2. 나. 체류기간 91일 이상: 미화 60불 상당의 금액
2. 복수사증
1. 가. 2회까지 입국할 수 있는 복수사증: 미화 70불 상당의 금액
2. 나. 횟수에 제한 없이 입국할 수 있는 복수사증: 미화 90불 상당의 금액

Multiple-entry visa a. Multiple-entry visa allowing entry up to two times: An amount equivalent to 70 US dollars b. Multiple-entry visa allowing entry without a limit on the number of times: An amount equivalent to 90 US dollars

재외공관의 장이 외국인입국허가서를 발급하는 때의 심사수수료는 제1항의 규정에 의한 상당금액으로 한다. <개정 2002.4.27>

The review fee when the head of a diplomatic mission abroad issues an alien landing permit shall be the equivalent amount as prescribed in paragraph ①. <Amended by Act No. 6674, Apr. 27, 2002>

재외공관의 장은 제1항 및 제2항의 수수료를 주재국의 통화로 징수하는 때에는 환시세의 변동을 고려하여 그 기준액을 정해야 한다. 이 경우 주재국의 공관이 둘 이상인 경우에는 대사가 이를 정한다. <개정 2022.2.7>

When the head of a diplomatic mission abroad collects the fees prescribed in paragraphs ① and ② in the currency of the host country, the standard amount shall be determined considering fluctuations in the exchange rate. In such cases, if there are two or more diplomatic missions in the host country, the ambassador shall determine it. <Amended by Act No. 14074, Feb. 7, 2022>

재외공관의 장은 국제관례 또는 상호주의원칙에 비추어 제1항의 규정에 의한 수수료와 달리 정하고자 하는 때에는 법무부장관의 승인을 얻어야 한다.

When the head of a diplomatic mission abroad intends to set fees differently from those prescribed in paragraph ① in light of international customs or the principle of reciprocity, approval from the Minister of Justice must be obtained.
