Article 102-2 (Payment of Penalty Fees by Credit Card, etc.)
제102조의2 신용카드등에 의한 범칙금의 납부

범칙금은 대통령령으로 정하는 범칙금 납부대행기관을 통하여 신용카드, 직불카드 등(이하 "신용카드등"이라 한다)으로 낼 수 있다. 이 경우 "범칙금 납부대행기관"이란 정보통신망을 이용하여 신용카드등에 의한 결제를 수행하는 기관으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 범칙금 납부대행기관으로 지정받은 자를 말한다.
Penalty fees may be paid by credit card, debit card, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "credit card, etc.") through a penalty fee payment agency designated by Presidential Decree. In this case, "penalty fee payment agency" means an agency that performs payments by credit card, etc. using an information and communication network and has been designated as a penalty fee payment agency in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree.
제1항에 따라 범칙금을 신용카드등으로 내는 경우에는 범칙금 납부대행기관의 승인일을 납부일로 본다.
When a penalty fee is paid by credit card, etc. pursuant to Paragraph ①, the approval date by the penalty fee payment agency shall be deemed the payment date.
범칙금 납부대행기관은 납부자로부터 신용카드등에 의한 범칙금 납부대행 용역의 대가로 대통령령으로 정하는 바에 따라 납부대행 수수료를 받을 수 있다.
A penalty fee payment agency may receive a payment agency fee from the payer as consideration for the penalty fee payment agency service by credit card, etc., in accordance with the provisions of Presidential Decree.
범칙금 납부대행기관의 지정, 운영 및 납부대행 수수료 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
