제12조의3 선박등의 제공금지

누구든지 외국인을 불법으로 입국 또는 출국하게 하거나 대한민국을 거쳐 다른 국가에 불법으로 입국하게 할 목적으로 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
1. 선박등이나 여권 또는 사증, 탑승권이나 그 밖에 출입국에 사용될 수 있는 서류 및 물품을 제공하는 행위
2. 제1호의 행위를 알선하는 행위
No person shall commit any of the following acts with the purpose of illegally entering or leaving the Republic of Korea, or illegally entering another country via the Republic of Korea, for a foreigner. 1. Providing ships, etc., passports, visas, boarding passes, or other documents and items that can be used for entry or exit. 2. Brokering acts falling under subparagraph 1.
누구든지 불법으로 입국한 외국인에 대하여 다음 각 호의 행위를 하여서는 아니 된다.
1. 해당 외국인을 대한민국에서 은닉 또는 도피하게 하거나 그러한 목적으로 교통수단을 제공하는 행위
2. 제1호의 행위를 알선하는 행위
No person shall commit any of the following acts against a foreigner who has illegally entered the Republic of Korea. 1. Concealing or aiding the escape of such foreigner within the Republic of Korea, or providing means of transportation for such purpose. 2. Brokering acts falling under subparagraph 1.
