제34조 외국인등록표 등의 작성 및 관리

제31조에 따라 외국인등록을 받은 지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장은 등록외국인기록표를 작성ㆍ비치하고, 외국인등록표를 작성하여 그 외국인이 체류하는 시(「제주특별자치도 설치 및 국제자유도시 조성을 위한 특별법」 제10조에 따른 행정시를 포함하며, 특별시와 광역시는 제외한다. 이하 같다)ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구가 아닌 구를 포함한다. 이하 이 조, 제36조 및 제37조에서 같다) 및 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장에게 보내야 한다. <개정 2012.1.26, 2014.3.18, 2015.7.24, 2018.3.20>
The head of the local immigration or foreigner office who has received an alien registration under Article 31 shall prepare and keep a registered foreign national record card, and shall prepare an alien registration record and send it to the head of the Si (including an administrative Si under Article 10 of the Special Act on the Establishment of Jeju Special Self-Governing Province and the Development of a Free International City, but excluding a Special Metropolitan City and a Metropolitan City; hereinafter the same shall apply), Gun or Gu (including a Gu that is not an autonomous Gu; hereinafter the same shall apply in this Article and Articles 36 and 37) and of the Eup, Myeon or Dong in which the foreign national stays. <Amended on Jan. 26, 2012; Mar. 18, 2014; Jul. 24, 2015; Mar. 20, 2018>
시ㆍ군ㆍ구 및 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장은 제1항에 따라 외국인등록표를 받았을 때에는 그 등록사항을 외국인등록대장에 적어 관리하여야 한다. <개정 2018.3.20>
Upon receiving an alien registration record under paragraph (1), the head of the Si/Gun/Gu and of the Eup/Myeon/Dong shall enter the registered particulars in the alien registration ledger and manage them. <Amended on Mar. 20, 2018>
등록외국인기록표, 외국인등록표 및 외국인등록대장의 작성과 관리에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다.
Matters necessary for preparing and managing the registered foreign national record card, the alien registration record and the alien registration ledger shall be prescribed by Presidential Decree.
