법무부장관은 관계 기관이 선박등의 탑승권 발급, 출입국항의 보호구역 진입 및 선박 등의 탑승 등의 업무를 위하여 요청하는 경우에는 이 법에 따라 수집ㆍ처리한 생체정보를 제공할 수 있다.
The Minister of Justice may provide biometric information collected and processed in accordance with this Act when requested by a related agency for the purpose of issuing boarding passes for vessels, etc., entering and exiting protected areas at ports of entry and exit, and boarding vessels, etc.
제1항에 따라 생체정보를 제공받은 기관은 그 생체정보를 「개인정보 보호법」에 따라 처리하여야 한다.
An agency that receives biometric information in accordance with paragraph ① shall process the biometric information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act.
