제70조 내항 선박 등의 검색 등에 대한 준용 규정

대한민국 영역에서 사람이나 물건을 수송하는 선박, 항공기, 그 밖의 교통기관이 불의의 사고나 항해상의 문제 등 특별한 사정으로 외국에 기항(寄港)한 후 입항할 경우에는 선박 등의 검색 및 선박 등의 장이나 운수업자의 책임에 관하여 제7장과 제8장을 준용한다.
When a vessel, aircraft, or other means of transportation carrying persons or goods within the territory of the Republic of Korea makes a port call in a foreign country due to unforeseen accidents, navigation issues, or other special circumstances, and then enters port, Chapters 7 and 8 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the search of such vessels, etc., and the responsibilities of the master of the vessel, etc., or the carrier.
대한민국에 입국하거나 대한민국으로부터 출국하려는 사람의 환승을 위하여 국내공항 간을 운항하는 항공기에 대해서도 항공기의 검색 및 항공기의 장이나 운수업자의 책임에 관하여 제7장과 제8장을 준용한다. 다만, 제76조제1항에 따른 송환 의무는 출발지 공항까지로 한정하며, 그 이후 대한민국 밖으로의 송환 의무는 송환 대상 외국인이 환승하기 직전에 탔던 항공기의 장이나 운수업자에게 있다. <개정 2017.12.12>
Chapters 7 and 8 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the search of aircraft and the responsibilities of the master of the aircraft, etc., or the carrier, for aircraft operating between domestic airports for the transfer of persons entering or departing the Republic of Korea.
