지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장, 시ㆍ군ㆍ구(자치구가 아닌 구를 포함한다. 이하 이 조에서 같다) 및 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동 또는 재외공관의 장은 이 법의 절차에 따라 출국 또는 입국한 사실 유무에 대하여 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 출입국에 관한 사실증명을 발급할 수 있다. 다만, 출국 또는 입국한 사실이 없는 사람에 대하여는 특히 필요하다고 인정되는 경우에만 이 법의 절차에 따른 출국 또는 입국 사실이 없다는 증명을 발급할 수 있다. <개정 2012.1.26, 2014.3.18, 2016.3.29>
The head of a local immigration office, the head of a city, county, or district (including districts other than autonomous districts; hereinafter the same applies in this Article), the head of an Eup, Myeon, or Dong, or the head of a diplomatic mission abroad may issue a certificate of facts of entry and exit, in accordance with this Act and as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, concerning whether or not a person has departed from or entered the country. Provided, That in cases where a person has not departed from or entered the country, a certificate stating the absence of departure or entry, in accordance with the procedures of this Act, may be issued only when deemed particularly necessary.
지방출입국ㆍ외국인관서의 장, 시ㆍ군ㆍ구 또는 읍ㆍ면ㆍ동의 장은 이 법의 절차에 따라 외국인등록을 한 외국인 및 그의 법정대리인 등 법무부령으로 정하는 사람에게 법무부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 외국인등록 사실증명을 발급하거나 열람하게 할 수 있다. <개정 2014.3.18, 2016.3.29>
The head of a local immigration office, the head of a city, county, or district, or the head of an Eup, Myeon, or Dong may issue or allow inspection of a certificate of facts of alien registration, in accordance with this Act and as prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, to aliens who have registered as aliens in accordance with the procedures of this Act and to persons prescribed by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Justice, such as their legal representatives.
