대한민국 국민인 장해보상연금 수급권자, 유족보상연금 수급권자, 진폐보상연금 수급권자, 진폐유족연금 수급권자(이하 이 조에서 "장해보상연금 수급권자등"이라 한다) 또는 유족보상연금ㆍ진폐유족연금 수급자격자가 외국에서 거주하기 위하여 출국하는 경우에는 장해보상연금 수급권자등은 이를 공단에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.5.20>
A beneficiary of a disability compensation pension, a beneficiary of a survivor compensation pension, a beneficiary of a pneumoconiosis compensation pension, or a beneficiary of a pneumoconiosis survivor pension (hereinafter referred to as "disability compensation pension beneficiaries, etc." in this Article), who is a national of the Republic of Korea, or a qualified recipient of a survivor compensation pension or a pneumoconiosis survivor pension shall report to the Corporation when departing abroad to reside therein. <Amended by Act No. 10334, May 20, 2010>
장해보상연금 수급권자등과 유족보상연금ㆍ진폐유족연금 수급자격자가 외국에서 거주하는 기간에 장해보상연금, 유족보상연금, 진폐보상연금 또는 진폐유족연금을 받는 경우 장해보상연금 수급권자등은 그 수급권 또는 수급자격과 관련된 사항으로서 대통령령으로 정하는 사항을 매년 1회 이상 고용노동부령으로 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 신고하여야 한다. <개정 2010.5.20, 2010.6.4>
