제31조의2제3항을 위반하여 공동이용하는 전산정보자료를 같은 조 제1항에 따른 목적 외의 용도로 이용하거나 활용한 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <신설 2021.1.26>

A person who uses or utilizes jointly used computer information data for purposes other than those specified in Article 31-2, Paragraph 1, in violation of Article 31-2, Paragraph 3, shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine of not more than 30 million won. <Newly inserted 2021.1.26>

산재보험 의료기관이나 제46조제1항에 따른 약국의 종사자로서 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 진료비나 약제비를 지급받은 자는 3년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2021.1.26>

An employee of a workers' compensation medical institution or a pharmacy as referred to in Article 46, Paragraph 1, who receives medical expenses or drug expenses through false or other fraudulent means shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a fine of not more than 30 million won. <Amended 2021.1.26>

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 2년 이하의 징역 또는 2천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2016.12.27, 2018.6.12, 2021.1.26>

1. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 보험급여를 받은 자
2. 거짓이나 그 밖의 부정한 방법으로 보험급여를 받도록 시키거나 도와준 자
3. 제111조의2를 위반하여 근로자를 해고하거나 그 밖에 근로자에게 불이익한 처우를 한 사업주

A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 2 years or a fine of not more than 20 million won. <Amended 2016.12.27, 2018.6.12, 2021.1.26> 1. A person who receives insurance benefits through false or other fraudulent means. 2. A person who causes or assists another person in receiving insurance benefits through false or other fraudulent means. 3. An employer who dismisses a worker or otherwise treats a worker disadvantageously in violation of Article 111-2.

다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자는 2년 이하의 징역 또는 1천만원 이하의 벌금에 처한다. <개정 2010.1.27, 2021.1.26, 2026.2.19>

1. 제21조제3항을 위반하여 비밀을 누설한 자
2. 제117조제4항을 위반하여 조사 과정에서 알게 된 정보를 다른 사람에게 제공 또는 누설하거나 목적 외의 용도로 사용한 자

A person who falls under any of the following subparagraphs shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than 2 years or a fine of not more than 10 million won. <Amended 2010.1.27, 2021.1.26, 2026.2.19> 1. A person who leaks secrets in violation of Article 21, Paragraph 3. 2. A person who provides or leaks information learned during an investigation to another person or uses it for purposes other than those specified, in violation of Article 117, Paragraph 4.
