공단의 임원은 이사장 1명과 상임이사 4명을 포함한 15명 이내의 이사와 감사 1명으로 한다. <개정 2010.1.27>
The executives of the Corporation shall consist of a President, four full-time directors, and one auditor, with the total number of directors not exceeding fifteen. <Amended by Act No. 10010, Jan. 27, 2010>
이사장ㆍ상임이사 및 감사의 임면(任免)에 관하여는 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제26조에 따른다. <개정 2010.1.27>
The appointment and dismissal of the President, full-time directors, and auditor shall be governed by Article 26 of the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」. <Amended by Act No. 10010, Jan. 27, 2010>
비상임이사(제4항에 따라 당연히 비상임이사로 선임되는 사람은 제외한다)는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 사람 중에서 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제26조제3항에 따라 고용노동부장관이 임명한다. 이 경우 제4호에 해당하는 사람 1명을 포함하여야 하며, 제1호와 제2호에 해당하는 비상임이사는 같은 수로 하되, 노사 어느 일방이 추천하지 아니하는 경우에는 그러하지 아니하다. <신설 2010.1.27, 2010.5.20, 2010.6.4, 2025.11.11>
1. 총연합단체인 노동조합이 추천하는 사람
2. 전국을 대표하는 사용자단체가 추천하는 사람
3. 사회보험 또는 근로복지사업에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 「공공기관의 운영에 관한 법률」 제29조에 따른 임원추천위원회가 추천하는 사람
4. 3년 이상 재직한 공단 소속 근로자 중에서 근로자대표(근로자의 과반수로 조직된 노동조합이 있는 경우 그 노동조합의 대표자를 말한다)의 추천이나 근로자 과반수의 동의를 받은 사람
Part-time directors (excluding those who are deemed to be appointed as part-time directors under paragraph
당연히 비상임이사로 선임되는 사람은 다음 각 호와 같다. <신설 2010.1.27, 2010.6.4, 2025.10.1>
1. 기획예산처에서 공단 예산 업무를 담당하는 3급 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 기획예산처장관이 지명하는 1명
2. 고용노동부에서 산업재해보상보험 업무를 담당하는 3급 공무원 또는 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 중에서 고용노동부장관이 지명하는 1명
) shall be appointed by the Minister of Employment and Labor pursuant to Article 26(3) of the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」 from among persons who fall under any of the following categories. In this case, one person falling under category 4 shall be included, and the number of part-time directors falling under categories 1 and 2 shall be equal, unless one side, either labor or management, does not recommend a candidate. <Newly enacted by Act No. 10010, Jan. 27, 2010, Act No. 10223, May 20, 2010, Act No. 10307, June 4, 2010, Act No. 17684, Nov. 11, 2025> 1. A person recommended by a labor union that is a general federation. 2. A person recommended by a users' organization representing the entire nation. 3. A person with abundant knowledge and experience in social insurance or industrial accident compensation insurance business, recommended by the Executive Recommendation Committee under Article 29 of the 「Act on the Management of Public Institutions」. 4. A person who has served in the Corporation for at least three years, recommended by the employee representative (meaning the representative of a labor union organized by a majority of employees, if such a labor union exists) or with the consent of a majority of employees. ④ The following persons shall be deemed to be appointed as part-time directors: <Newly enacted by Act No. 10010, Jan. 27, 2010, Act No. 10307, June 4, 2010, Act No. 17683, Oct. 1, 2025> 1. One person designated by the Minister of Strategy and Finance from among Grade 3 civil servants or general public officials belonging to the senior civil service corps in charge of the Corporation's budget affairs in the Ministry of Strategy and Finance. 2. One person designated by the Minister of Employment and Labor from among Grade 3 civil servants or general public officials belonging to the senior civil service corps in charge of industrial accident compensation insurance affairs in the Ministry of Employment and Labor.
비상임이사에게는 보수를 지급하지 아니한다. 다만, 직무 수행에 드는 실제 비용은 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2010.1.27>
No remuneration shall be paid to part-time directors. However, actual expenses incurred for performing duties may be paid. <Amended by Act No. 10010, Jan. 27, 2010>
