장해보상연금, 유족보상연금, 진폐보상연금 또는 진폐유족연금의 지급은 그 지급사유가 발생한 달의 다음 달 첫날부터 시작되며, 그 지급받을 권리가 소멸한 달의 말일에 끝난다. <개정 2010.5.20, 2020.5.26>

The payment of disability compensation annuity, survivor's compensation annuity, pneumoconiosis compensation annuity, or pneumoconiosis survivor's annuity shall commence on the first day of the month following the month in which the cause for payment occurred, and shall end on the last day of the month in which the right to receive payment was extinguished. <Amended by Act No. 10330, May 20, 2010; Act No. 17314, May 26, 2020>

장해보상연금, 유족보상연금, 진폐보상연금 또는 진폐유족연금은 매년 이를 12등분하여 매달 25일에 그 달 치의 금액을 지급하되, 지급일이 토요일이거나 공휴일이면 그 전날에 지급한다. <개정 2010.5.20>

Disability compensation annuity, survivor's compensation annuity, pneumoconiosis compensation annuity, or pneumoconiosis survivor's annuity shall be divided into 12 equal parts annually, and the amount for each month shall be paid on the 25th of each month; provided, however, that if the payment date falls on a Saturday or a public holiday, payment shall be made on the preceding day. <Amended by Act No. 10330, May 20, 2010>

장해보상연금, 유족보상연금, 진폐보상연금 또는 진폐유족연금을 받을 권리가 소멸한 경우에는 제3항에 따른 지급일 전이라도 지급할 수 있다. <개정 2010.5.20>

In the event that the right to receive disability compensation annuity, survivor's compensation annuity, pneumoconiosis compensation annuity, or pneumoconiosis survivor's annuity is extinguished, payment may be made even before the payment date prescribed in paragraph ③. <Amended by Act No. 10330, May 20, 2010>
