제73조 직업훈련비용

훈련대상자에 대한 직업훈련은 공단과 계약을 체결한 직업훈련기관(이하 "직업훈련기관"이라 한다)에서 실시하게 한다.
Vocational training for training beneficiaries shall be conducted by vocational training institutions that have entered into a contract with the Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "vocational training institutions").
제72조제1항제1호에 따른 직업훈련에 드는 비용(이하 "직업훈련비용"이라 한다)은 제1항에 따라 직업훈련을 실시한 직업훈련기관에 지급한다. 다만, 직업훈련기관이 「장애인고용촉진 및 직업재활법」, 「고용보험법」 또는 「국민 평생 직업능력 개발법」이나 그 밖에 다른 법령에 따라 직업훈련비용에 상당한 비용을 받은 경우 등 대통령령으로 정하는 경우에는 지급하지 아니한다. <개정 2021.8.17>
The costs incurred for vocational training pursuant to Article 72 (1) 1. (hereinafter referred to as "vocational training costs") shall be paid to the vocational training institutions that conducted the vocational training pursuant to paragraph ①. However, in cases prescribed by Presidential Decree, such as when vocational training institutions have received costs equivalent to vocational training costs pursuant to the 「Act on the Promotion of Employment and Vocational Rehabilitation of Persons with Disabilities」, the 「Employment Insurance Act」, or the 「Lifelong Vocational Capability Development Act」, or any other laws and regulations, the costs shall not be paid. <Amended by Act No. 17480, Aug. 17, 2021>
직업훈련비용의 금액은 고용노동부장관이 훈련비용, 훈련기간 및 노동시장의 여건 등을 고려하여 고시하는 금액의 범위에서 실제 드는 비용으로 하되, 직업훈련비용을 지급하는 훈련기간은 12개월 이내로 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
The amount of vocational training costs shall be the actual costs incurred within the scope of the amount publicly announced by the Minister of Employment and Labor, taking into account training costs, training periods, labor market conditions, etc., provided that the training period for which vocational training costs are paid shall not exceed 12 months. <Amended by Act No. 11147, Jun. 4, 2010>
직업훈련비용의 지급 범위ㆍ기준ㆍ절차 및 방법, 직업훈련기관과의 계약 및 해지 등에 필요한 사항은 고용노동부령으로 정한다. <개정 2010.6.4>
Matters necessary for the scope, standards, procedures, and methods of payment of vocational training costs, and contracts and termination thereof with vocational training institutions, shall be determined by the Ordinance of the Ministry of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 11147, Jun. 4, 2010>
