기금은 고용노동부장관이 관리ㆍ운용한다. <개정 2010.6.4>

The Fund shall be managed and operated by the Minister of Employment and Labor. <Amended by Act No. 10352, Jun. 4, 2010>

고용노동부장관은 다음 각 호의 방법에 따라 기금을 관리ㆍ운용하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>

1. 금융기관 또는 체신관서에의 예입(預入) 및 금전신탁
2. 재정자금에의 예탁
3. 투자신탁 등의 수익증권 매입
4. 국가ㆍ지방자치단체 또는 금융기관이 직접 발행하거나 채무이행을 보증하는 유가증권의 매입
5. 그 밖에 기금 증식을 위하여 대통령령으로 정하는 사업

The Minister of Employment and Labor shall manage and operate the Fund in accordance with the following methods: <Amended by Act No. 10352, Jun. 4, 2010> 1. Deposits and money trusts in financial institutions or postal savings banks. 2. Deposits into treasury funds. 3. Purchase of revenue certificates of investment trusts, etc. 4. Purchase of securities directly issued by the State, local governments, or financial institutions, or guaranteed for debt payment by them. 5. Other businesses determined by Presidential Decree for the purpose of increasing the Fund's assets.

고용노동부장관은 제2항에 따라 기금을 관리ㆍ운용할 때에는 그 수익이 대통령령으로 정하는 수준 이상이 되도록 하여야 한다. <개정 2010.6.4>

When managing and operating the Fund under paragraph ②, the Minister of Employment and Labor shall ensure that its returns are at or above the level prescribed by Presidential Decree. <Amended by Act No. 10352, Jun. 4, 2010>

기금은 「국가회계법」 제11조에 따라 회계처리를 한다. <개정 2018.6.12>
