노동위원회에 상임위원을 두며, 상임위원은 해당 노동위원회의 공익위원이 될 수 있는 자격을 갖춘 사람 중에서 중앙노동위원회 위원장의 추천과 고용노동부장관의 제청으로 대통령이 임명한다.
Standing members shall be appointed to the Labor Relations Commission, and standing members shall be appointed by the President upon the recommendation of the Chairperson of the Central Labor Relations Commission and the proposal of the Minister of Employment and Labor from among persons qualified to become public interest members of the respective Labor Relations Commission.
상임위원은 해당 노동위원회의 공익위원이 되며, 심판사건, 차별적 처우 시정사건, 조정사건을 담당할 수 있다.
Standing members shall be public interest members of the respective Labor Relations Commission and may handle adjudication cases, cases for correction of discriminatory treatment, and mediation cases.
노동위원회에 두는 상임위원의 수와 직급 등은 대통령령으로 정한다.
The number of standing members to be appointed to the Labor Relations Commission, their ranks, etc., shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
