제11조의2 위원의 행위규범

노동위원회의 위원은 법과 양심에 따라 공정하고 성실하게 업무를 수행하여야 한다.
A member of the Labor Relations Commission shall perform duties fairly and faithfully in accordance with the law and conscience.
중앙노동위원회는 노동위원회 위원이 제1항에 따라 업무를 수행하기 위하여 준수하여야 할 행위규범과 그 운영에 관한 사항을 제15조에 따른 전원회의의 의결을 거쳐 정할 수 있다.
The National Labor Relations Commission may determine the code of conduct that members of the Labor Relations Commission shall observe in performing their duties under paragraph (1) and matters concerning its operation, upon resolution of the plenary session under Article 15.
제2항에 따른 노동위원회 위원의 행위규범에는 다음 각 호의 사항이 포함되어야 한다.
1. 업무수행과 관련하여 향응ㆍ금품 등을 받는 행위의 금지에 관한 사항
2. 관계 당사자 중 어느 한쪽에 편파적이거나 사건 처리를 방해하는 등 공정성과 중립성을 훼손하는 행위의 금지ㆍ제한에 관한 사항
3. 직무수행과 관련하여 알게 된 사항을 자기나 다른 사람의 이익을 위하여 이용하거나 다른 사람에게 제공하는 행위의 금지에 관한 사항
4. 제15조에 따른 부문별 위원회의 출석 등 노동위원회 위원으로서의 성실한 업무수행에 관한 사항
5. 그 밖에 품위 유지 등을 위하여 필요한 사항
The code of conduct for members of the Labor Relations Commission under paragraph (2) shall include the following: 1. Matters concerning the prohibition of receiving entertainment, money, or other valuables in connection with the performance of duties. 2. Matters concerning the prohibition or restriction of acts that undermine fairness and neutrality, such as being biased toward one of the parties concerned or obstructing the processing of cases. 3. Matters concerning the prohibition of using information learned in connection with the performance of duties for one's own or another's benefit or providing it to another person. 4. Matters concerning faithful performance of duties as a member of the Labor Relations Commission, such as attendance at a divisional committee under Article 15. 5. Other matters necessary for maintaining dignity, etc.
