노동위원회 위원의 임기는 3년으로 하되, 연임할 수 있다.
The term of office of a member of the Labor Relations Commission shall be three years, and members may be reappointed.
노동위원회 위원이 궐위(闕位)된 경우 보궐위원의 임기는 전임자 임기의 남은 기간으로 한다. 다만, 노동위원회 위원장 또는 상임위원이 궐위되어 후임자를 임명한 경우 후임자의 임기는 새로 시작된다.
In the event of a vacancy in the office of a member of the Labor Relations Commission, the term of office of the successor member shall be the remaining period of the predecessor's term. However, if the chairperson or a full-time member of the Labor Relations Commission vacates the office and a successor is appointed, the term of office of the successor shall commence anew.
임기가 끝난 노동위원회 위원은 후임자가 위촉될 때까지 계속 그 직무를 집행한다.
A member of the Labor Relations Commission whose term of office has expired shall continue to perform his or her duties until a successor is appointed.
노동위원회 위원의 처우에 관하여는 대통령령으로 정한다.
The treatment of members of the Labor Relations Commission shall be determined by Presidential Decree.
