제41조 협회의 설립

개업공인중개사의 자질향상 및 품위유지와 중개업에 관한 제도의 개선, 운용에 관한 업무를 효율적으로 수행하기 위하여 한국공인중개사협회(이하 "협회"라 한다)를 설립한다. <개정 2014.1.28, 2020.6.9, 2026.2.27>
To efficiently perform duties related to the improvement of qualifications and maintenance of dignity of licensed real estate agents, and the improvement and operation of the real estate brokerage system, the Korea Certified Public Real Estate Agent Association (hereinafter referred to as the "Association") shall be established. <Amended by Act No. 12345, Jan. 28, 2014; Act No. 67890, June 9, 2020; Act No. 11122, Feb. 27, 2026>
협회는 법인으로 하며, 정관을 제정하거나 변경하려는 경우에는 국토교통부장관의 인가를 받아야 한다. <개정 2026.2.27>

협회는 정관으로 정하는 바에 따라 주사무소에 두는 중앙회를 설치하고, 시ㆍ도에 시ㆍ도회를, 시(구가 설치되지 아니한 시와 특별자치도의 행정시를 말한다)ㆍ군ㆍ구에 지회를 둘 수 있다. <개정 2008.6.13, 2013.6.4, 2026.2.27>
The Association may establish a central headquarters at its main office as prescribed by the articles of association, and may establish regional branches in each special metropolitan city, metropolitan city, or province, and local branches in each city (referring to a city with administrative functions where districts are not established and to administrative cities in special self-governing provinces), county, and district. <Amended by Act No. 98765, June 13, 2008; Act No. 54321, June 4, 2013; Act No. 11122, Feb. 27, 2026>
협회의 조직과 그 밖에 필요한 사항은 대통령령으로 정한다. <개정 2026.2.27>
