제34조 직장가입자에 대한 보수월액보험료 부과의 원칙

법 제70조제1항에 따라 직장가입자에 대한 보수월액보험료는 매년 다음 각 호의 구분에 따라 산정된 보수월액을 기준으로 하여 부과하고, 다음 해에 확정되는 해당 연도의 보수 총액을 기준으로 제39조에 따라 보수월액을 다시 산정하여 정산한다. 다만, 법 제70조제3항 후단에 따라 보건복지부장관이 고시하는 금액이 적용되는 직장가입자에 대해서는 그 고시하는 금액이 적용되는 기간 동안 부과한 보수월액보험료의 정산을 생략할 수 있다.
1. 직장가입자의 자격을 취득하거나, 다른 직장가입자로 자격이 변동되거나, 지역가입자에서 직장가입자로 자격이 변동된 사람: 제37조에 따른 자격 취득 또는 변동 시의 보수월액
2. 제1호에 해당하지 아니하는 직장가입자: 전년도에 받은 보수의 총액을 기준으로 제36조에 따라 산정한 보수월액
According to Article 70 (1) of the Act, monthly wage insurance premiums for workplace insured persons shall be imposed based on the monthly wage calculated in accordance with the following categories each year, and the monthly wage shall be recalculated and settled in accordance with Article 39 based on the total annual wage determined in the following year. Provided, however, that for workplace insured persons to whom the amount notified by the Minister of Health and Welfare pursuant to the latter part of Article 70 (3) of the Act applies, the settlement of monthly wage insurance premiums imposed during the period when the notified amount applies may be omitted. 1. Persons who acquire the qualification of a workplace insured person, whose qualification changes to another workplace insured person, or whose qualification changes from a regional insured person to a workplace insured person: The monthly wage at the time of acquiring or changing qualification in accordance with Article 37. 2. Workplace insured persons not falling under item 1: The monthly wage calculated in accordance with Article 36 based on the total amount of remuneration received in the previous year.
제1항 각 호에 따른 보수월액의 적용기간은 다음 각 호와 같다. <개정 2013.9.26>
1. 제1항제1호의 가입자: 자격 취득 또는 변동일이 속하는 달(매월 2일 이후에 자격이 변동된 경우에는 그 자격 변동일이 속한 달의 다음 달을 말한다)부터 다음 해 3월까지
2. 제1항제2호의 가입자: 매년 4월부터 다음 해 3월까지

Insured persons under item 1 of paragraph ①: From the month in which the date of acquiring or changing qualification falls (if the qualification is changed after the 2nd day of each month, it means the month following the month in which the date of qualification change falls) to March of the following year. 2.
