제73조 공표심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등

공표심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 11명의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2025.9.16>
The Public Disclosure Deliberation Committee shall be composed of 11 members, including one chairperson. <Amended by Act No. X, September 16, 2025>
공표심의위원회의 위원장은 제1호부터 제4호까지의 위원 중에서 호선(互選)하고, 위원은 보건복지부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다. <개정 2025.9.16>
1. 소비자단체가 추천하는 사람 1명
2. 언론인 1명
3. 변호사 등 법률 전문가 1명
4. 건강보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 의약계를 대표하는 단체가 추천하는 사람 5명
5. 보건복지부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 1명
6. 공단의 이사장 및 심사평가원의 원장이 각각 1명씩 추천하는 사람 2명
The chairperson of the Public Disclosure Deliberation Committee shall be elected by mutual election from among the members specified in subparagraphs 1 through 4, and the members shall be persons appointed or recommended by the Minister of Health and Welfare as follows: <Amended by Act No. X, September 16, 2025> 1. One person recommended by a consumer organization 2. One journalist 3. One legal expert, such as an attorney-at-law 4. Five persons with ample knowledge and experience in health insurance, recommended by organizations representing the medical and pharmaceutical sectors 5. One general public official belonging to the senior civil service of the Ministry of Health and Welfare 6. Two persons recommended by the President of the Corporation and the President of the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service, respectively
공표심의위원회 위원(제2항제5호의 위원은 제외한다)의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
The term of office of members of the Public Disclosure Deliberation Committee (excluding members specified in subparagraph 5 of paragraph 2) shall be two years.
공표심의위원회의 위원장은 공표심의위원회를 대표하고, 공표심의위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.
The chairperson of the Public Disclosure Deliberation Committee shall represent the committee and oversee its business.
공표심의위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
If the chairperson of the Public Disclosure Deliberation Committee is unable to perform his or her duties due to unavoidable circumstances, a member designated by the chairperson shall act in his or her place.
공표심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Public Disclosure Deliberation Committee shall be convened with the attendance of a majority of the total number of members, and resolutions shall be adopted with the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members.
제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 공표심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 공표심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Public Disclosure Deliberation Committee, other than those prescribed in paragraphs 1 through 6, shall be determined by the chairperson after deliberation by the committee.
