제73조 공표심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등

공표심의위원회는 위원장 1명을 포함한 11명의 위원으로 구성한다. <개정 2025.9.16>
The Publication Deliberation Committee shall be composed of 11 members, including one chairperson. <Amended on September 16, 2025>
공표심의위원회의 위원장은 제1호부터 제4호까지의 위원 중에서 호선(互選)하고, 위원은 보건복지부장관이 임명하거나 위촉하는 다음 각 호의 사람으로 한다. <개정 2025.9.16>
1. 소비자단체가 추천하는 사람 1명
2. 언론인 1명
3. 변호사 등 법률 전문가 1명
4. 건강보험에 관한 학식과 경험이 풍부한 사람으로서 의약계를 대표하는 단체가 추천하는 사람 5명
5. 보건복지부의 고위공무원단에 속하는 일반직공무원 1명
6. 공단의 이사장 및 심사평가원의 원장이 각각 1명씩 추천하는 사람 2명
The chairperson of the Publication Deliberation Committee shall be elected from among the members listed in subparagraphs 1 through 4, and the members shall be persons appointed or recommended by the Minister of Health and Welfare as follows. <Amended on September 16, 2025> 1. One person recommended by a consumer organization. 2. One journalist. 3. One legal expert, such as a lawyer. 4. Five persons who have extensive knowledge and experience in health insurance and are recommended by an organization representing the medical field. 5. One general public official belonging to the senior civil service corps of the Ministry of Health and Welfare. 6. Two persons recommended by the President of the Corporation and the President of the Healthcare Review and Assessment Service, respectively.
공표심의위원회 위원(제2항제5호의 위원은 제외한다)의 임기는 2년으로 한다.
The term of office for members of the Publication Deliberation Committee (excluding members referred to in subparagraph 5 of paragraph 2) shall be 2 years.
공표심의위원회의 위원장은 공표심의위원회를 대표하고, 공표심의위원회의 업무를 총괄한다.
The chairperson of the Publication Deliberation Committee shall represent the committee and oversee its affairs.
공표심의위원회의 위원장이 부득이한 사유로 직무를 수행할 수 없을 때에는 위원장이 지명하는 위원이 그 직무를 대행한다.
If the chairperson of the Publication Deliberation Committee is unable to perform their duties due to unavoidable circumstances, a member designated by the chairperson shall act on their behalf.
공표심의위원회의 회의는 재적위원 과반수의 출석으로 개의하고, 출석위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다.
Meetings of the Publication Deliberation Committee shall be convened by the attendance of a majority of the incumbent members, and decisions shall be made by the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members.
제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 공표심의위원회의 구성ㆍ운영 등에 필요한 사항은 공표심의위원회의 의결을 거쳐 위원장이 정한다.
Matters necessary for the composition and operation of the Publication Deliberation Committee, other than those prescribed in paragraphs 1 through 6, shall be determined by the chairperson after deliberation by the committee.
