제75조 포상금의 지급 기준 등

법 제104조제1항 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당하는 자 또는 은닉재산을 신고하려는 사람은 공단이 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 신고해야 한다. 이 경우 2명 이상이 공동명의로 신고할 때에는 대표자를 지정해야 한다. <개정 2023.6.20>
Any person falling under any of the subparagraphs of Article 104 (1) of the Act or any person intending to report hidden assets shall report to the Corporation in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Corporation. In this case, when two or more persons report under a joint name, they shall designate a representative. <Amended on Jun. 20, 2023>
공단은 제1항에 따라 신고를 받으면 그 내용을 확인한 후 포상금 지급 여부를 결정하여 신고인(2명 이상이 공동명의로 신고한 경우에는 제1항 후단에 따른 대표자를 말한다. 이하 이조에서 같다)에게 통보하여야 한다.
Upon receiving a report pursuant to paragraph ①, the Corporation shall, after verifying the contents, decide whether to pay a reward and notify the reporter (in the case of a joint report by two or more persons, the representative designated pursuant to the latter part of paragraph ①; hereinafter referred to as the "reporter" in this Article).
제2항에 따라 포상금 지급 결정을 통보받은 신고인은 공단이 정하는 바에 따라 공단에 포상금 지급을 신청하여야 한다.
A reporter who has received notification of the decision to pay a reward pursuant to paragraph ② shall apply for the payment of the reward to the Corporation in accordance with the rules prescribed by the Corporation.
공단은 제3항에 따라 포상금 지급 신청을 받은 날부터 1개월 이내에 신고인에게 별표 6의 포상금 지급 기준에 따른 포상금을 지급하여야 한다.
The Corporation shall pay the reward to the reporter in accordance with the reward payment standards in Attached Table 6 within one month from the date of receiving the application for reward payment pursuant to paragraph ③.
제1항에 따른 신고를 받은 후에 신고된 내용과 같은 내용의 신고를 한 사람에게는 포상금을 지급하지 아니한다.
No reward shall be paid to any person who has made a report with the same content as that already reported after the report under paragraph ① has been received.
법 제104조제3항제3호에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 재산"이란 법 제57조에 따른 징수금을 납부해야 하는 자의 명의로 등기 또는 등록된 재산으로서 국내에 있는 재산을 말한다. <신설 2023.6.20>
"Assets prescribed by Presidential Decree" in Article 104 (3) 3 of the Act means assets located in the country, which are registered or recorded in the name of a person who must pay the collected amount pursuant to Article 57 of the Act. <Newly added on Jun. 20, 2023>
제1항부터 제6항까지에서 규정한 사항 외에 포상금의 지급 기준과 방법ㆍ절차 등에 관하여 필요한 사항은 공단이 정한다. <개정 2023.6.20>
Matters necessary for the standards, methods, and procedures for the payment of rewards, other than those prescribed in paragraphs ① through ⑥, shall be determined by the Corporation. <Amended on Jun. 20, 2023>
