제109조의3 자료의 요청

법 제123조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체"란 별표 2의2 제1호에 따른 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체를 말한다.
In "institutions, corporations, or organizations determined by Presidential Decree" in the first part of Article 123(1) of the Act, refer to the institutions, corporations, or organizations as provided in item 1 of Annex 2-2.
법 제123조제1항 전단에서 "대통령령으로 정하는 자료"란 별표 2의2 제2호에 따른 자료를 말한다.
In "data determined by Presidential Decree" in the first part of Article 123(1) of the Act, refer to the data as provided in item 2 of Annex 2-2.

법 제123조제1항 및 제2항에 따라 자료의 제공을 요청받은 기관ㆍ법인ㆍ단체는 제2항 및 제4항에 따른 자료가 디스켓, 자기테이프, 마이크로필름, 광디스크 등 전산기록장치 또는 전산프로그램을 이용하여 저장되어 있는 경우에는 해당 형태로 자료를 제공할 수 있다.
When an institution, corporation, or organization receives a request for the provision of data pursuant to paragraphs (1) and (2) of Article 123 of the Act, if the data referred to in subparagraphs (2) and (4) are stored in a form that can be utilized by computer recording devices or computer programs, such as diskettes, magnetic tapes, microfilm, or optical discs, it may provide the data in that form.
