제112조(외국인에 대한 통지) 공단은 법 제126조제1항에 따라 당연히 사업장가입자나 지역가입자가 되는 외국인에게는 그 외국인의 본국 법이 대한민국 국민에 대하여 법에 따른 국민연금에 상응하는 연금에 관한 법률을 적용하는 경우에는 당연히 국민연금가입자가 된다는 사실과 법에 따른 반환일시금에 상응하는 급여를 지급하지 아니하는 경우에는 반환일시금을 지급하지 아니한다는 사실을 통지하여야 한다.

Translation

The Corporation shall notify foreigners who become a workplace subscriber or a regional subscriber under Article 126 (1) of the Act that they shall automatically become a National Pension subscriber if the laws of their home country apply a law concerning pensions corresponding to the National Pension under this Act to nationals of the Republic of Korea, and that a lump-sum refund shall not be paid if benefits corresponding to a lump-sum refund under this Act are not paid.
