제14조 국민연금심의위원회의 회의 등

위원장은 국민연금심의위원회의 회의를 소집하며, 그 의장이 된다.
The Chairperson shall convene meetings of the National Pension Deliberation Committee and shall preside over them.
국민연금심의위원회의 회의는 다음 각 호의 어느 하나에 해당할 때에 소집한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2025.6.25>
1. 보건복지부장관의 요구가 있을 때
2. 국민연금심의위원회의 재적 위원 3분의 1 이상의 요구가 있을 때
3. 그 밖에 위원장이 필요하다고 인정할 때
Meetings of the National Pension Deliberation Committee shall be convened when any of the following applies. <Amended on Feb. 29, 2008, Mar. 15, 2010, Jun. 25, 2025> 1. When requested by the Minister of Health and Welfare 2. When requested by one-third or more of the total number of members of the National Pension Deliberation Committee 3. When the Chairperson deems it otherwise necessary
국민연금심의위원회의 회의는 재적 위원 과반수의 출석으로 시작하고 출석 위원 과반수의 찬성으로 의결한다. <개정 2025.6.25>
Meetings of the National Pension Deliberation Committee shall commence with the attendance of a majority of the total number of members and shall be decided by the affirmative vote of a majority of the attending members. <Amended on Jun. 25, 2025>
위원장은 국민연금심의위원회에서 의결된 사항을 보건복지부장관에게 보고하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15, 2025.6.25>
