제29조 사업 운영 계획과 예산

공단은 보건복지부장관이 정하는 사업 운영 지침과 예산편성 지침에 따라 매 회계연도의 사업 운영 계획 및 편성한 예산을 회계연도 개시 2개월 전까지 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
The Corporation shall submit its business operation plan and budget for each fiscal year to the Minister of Health and Welfare no later than two months prior to the commencement of the fiscal year, in accordance with the business operation guidelines and budget compilation guidelines prescribed by the Minister of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 9403, Feb. 29, 2008; Act No. 10151, Mar. 15, 2010>
제1항에 따라 제출하는 사업 운영 계획과 예산에는 주요 사업별 세부 계획, 추정 재무상태표, 추정 손익계산서 등 그 내용을 분명히 하기 위하여 필요한 부속서류를 첨부하여야 한다. <개정 2019.7.2>
The business operation plan and budget submitted pursuant to paragraph ① shall be accompanied by attached documents necessary to clarify their contents, such as detailed plans for major projects, estimated financial statements, and estimated income statements. <Amended by Act No. 16869, Jul. 2, 2019>
보건복지부장관은 제1항에 따라 제출된 사업 운영 계획과 예산을 회계연도 시작 전까지 승인하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
