Article 30 (Temporary Borrowing and Appropriation from Fund)
제30조 일시차입과 이입충당

공단은 법 제44조제1항에 따라 일시차입을 하려면 차입 사유, 차입 방법, 이자율 및 상환 방법 등을 적은 서면을 보건복지부장관에게 제출하여야 한다. <개정 2008.2.29, 2010.3.15>
If the Corporation intends to borrow temporarily in accordance with Article 44 (1) of the Act, it shall submit a written document stating the reason for borrowing, the method of borrowing, the interest rate, and the method of repayment to the Minister of Health and Welfare. <Amended by Act No. 2008.2.29, Act No. 2010.3.15>
공단은 법 제44조제3항에 따라 기금에서 이입충당을 하려면 이입충당의 사유 및 금액 등에 관한 사항을 적은 서면을 법 제103조에 따른 국민연금기금운용위원회(이하 "운용위원회"라 한다)에 제출하여야 한다.
If the Corporation intends to appropriate from the fund in accordance with Article 44 (3) of the Act, it shall submit a written document stating the reason for and amount of appropriation to the National Pension Fund Management Committee established under Article 103 of the Act (hereinafter referred to as the "Management Committee").
