법 제88조제5항에 따라 추가 납부하여야 하는 연금보험료(이하 "소급분 연금보험료"라 한다)가 당월분 연금보험료 이상일 경우 가입자 또는 사용자는 소급분 연금보험료의 분할 납부를 신청할 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29>

Where the pension insurance premiums to be additionally paid pursuant to Article 88(5) of the Act (hereinafter referred to as "back-payments for pension insurance premiums") are equal to or greater than the pension insurance premiums for the current month, an insured person or employer may apply for installment payment of the back-payments for pension insurance premiums. <Amended by Act No. 14440, Nov. 29, 2016>

제1항에 따라 소급분 연금보험료를 분할 납부하려는 가입자 및 사용자는 소급분 연금보험료 납부기한 3일 전까지 보건복지부령에 따른 신청서를 공단에 제출하여야 한다.

An insured person or employer intending to make installment payments of back-payments for pension insurance premiums pursuant to paragraph (1) shall submit an application form in accordance with the Ordinance of the Ministry of Health and Welfare to the Corporation at least three days before the payment deadline for the back-payments for pension insurance premiums.

제2항에 따라 소급분 연금보험료 분할 납부를 신청한 가입자 또는 사용자는 10회 이내에서 소급분 연금보험료를 똑같이 나누어 월별로 낼 수 있다. <개정 2016.11.29>

An insured person or employer who has applied for installment payment of back-payments for pension insurance premiums pursuant to paragraph (2) may divide the back-payments for pension insurance premiums equally and pay them on a monthly basis, up to 10 installments. <Amended by Act No. 14440, Nov. 29, 2016>

제3항에 따라 분할하여 납부하는 소급분 연금보험료는 각 회차별 고지월의 다음 달 10일까지 내야 한다. 다만, 1회차 소급분 연금보험료는 제2항에 따른 소급분 연금보험료 납부기한까지 내야 한다.

Back-payments for pension insurance premiums paid in installments pursuant to paragraph (3) shall be paid by the 10th day of the month following the notification month for each installment. Provided, however, that the first installment of back-payments for pension insurance premiums shall be paid by the payment deadline for the back-payments for pension insurance premiums as referred to in paragraph (2).
