제59조(자동이체를 하는 사람에 대한 이익 제공) 공단은 법 제89조제4항에 따라 연금보험료를 계좌 또는 신용카드 자동이체의 방법으로 내는 사람에게는 자동이체에 따라 절감되는 비용에 해당하는 금액을 연금보험료에서 빼거나 추첨의 방법으로 금품 또는 경품 등을 제공할 수 있다. <개정 2021.6.29>

Translation

① The Corporation may deduct from the pension insurance premiums an amount corresponding to the costs saved by automatic transfer, or provide money, goods, or prizes through a lottery, to persons who pay pension insurance premiums by means of account or credit card automatic transfer, in accordance with Article 89 (4) of the Act. <Amended by Act No. 17357, Jun. 29, 2021>
